Iveda created the “Demo to Market Launch in 90 Days” program to streamline our process in enabling our partners to offer plug-and-play, cloud video surveillance solutions to their customers expeditiously. Going to market with a new product does not have to be a long, drawn out process. We will assign a dedicated project manager for each potential reseller to oversee the progress of our engagement from demo phase to market launch. The Demo to Market Launch in 90 Days Program consists of the following phases: Demo Phase Upon satisfactory vetting of a potential partner by Iveda and vice versa, Iveda will create a white-labeled demo access to Sentir® for potential partner for evaluation. Proof-of-Concept (POC) Phase Upon satisfactory demo and mutual agreement, Iveda will install Sentir at the partner’s data center for a more thorough evaluation. Partnership and Licensing Agreement Iveda and the potential partner will begin the process of signing a formal Partnership and Licensing Agreement. Cloud Infrastructure Design Upon the signing of the agreement, Iveda will assist the new partner in designing a scalable cloud video infrastructure, utilizing Sentir’s big data storage technology. Marketing and Technical Support Concurrently, while Iveda is assisting the partner with infrastructure design, Iveda will coordinate with the partner’s marketing team to assist them in preparing sales and marketing tools and assist in market launch plans, including a joint press release and media outreach campaign. Product datasheets, whitepaper, and powerpoint presentations are available for rebranding should the partner chooses to leverage existing materials. Iveda will also provide all documentations and training support to ensure smooth and hassle-free launch of cloud video surveillance services to the partner’s customers. Materials will include datasheets, manuals, user guides, customer support script, and training materials. Partners will also have access to Iveda’s PartnerNet which is a depository portal for all marketing and technical support materials.
